Pierce McCarter seventh with Steel Block Bandits at Smoky Mountain Speedway

Pierce McCarter returned to the driver's seat on Saturday afternoon as he was one of 20 Steel Block Bandits Late Models checked in at Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tenn.) for the Rock'n with the Stars.

Missing the setup in qualifying, McCarter went on to finish seventh in his heat race which placed him on the 10th-row for the feature. Storming through the field in 50-laps, Pierce went from 19th-to-7th to record a Top-10 finish.
