Pierce McCarter ninth in Scott Bloomquist Tribute at Volunteer; Mack McCarter fourth in weekly event at I-75
On Thursday afternoon, Pierce McCarter competed in a memorial event honoring the late Scott Bloomquist at Volunteer Speedway (Bulls Gap, Tenn.) for the $10,000-to-win Scorcher.
Starting 14th in the 50-lap main event, McCarter made up five positions to land inside the Top-10 in ninth.
Mack McCarter competed at I-75 Raceway (Sweetwater, Tenn.) on Friday evening where he would score a fourth-place finish in the 25-lap 604 Late Model feature.
