Mack finishes second at Bulls Gap

Both Mack and Pierce McCarter were in action with the American All-Star Series presented by PPM on Saturday afternoon at Volunteer Speedway (Bulls Gap, Tenn.) for the Food City 40. With 29 cars entered, Mack secured his spot into the show via his qualifying effort while Pierce placed second in his heat. With $2,500 on the line in the feature, Pierce improved six spots in the 40-lapper to finish sixth. Mack scored a runner-up finish, which came behind Cory Hedgecock. Josh Henry, Logan Roberson, and Rusty Ballenger completed the Top-5 finishers.
