After laying down the third fastest lap in time trials, McCarter held his spot for all 25-laps of the feature to place 3rd behind Greg Martin and Ross White with Eddie King Jr. and Eli Beets rounding out the Top-5. September 1, 2019 - Pierce Lands Podium Finish at Thunderhill Raceway On Saturday night Pierce McCarter invaded Thunderhill Raceway Park (Summertown, Tennessee) for Schaeffer’s Fall Nationals sanctioned opener. Reeling in a podium finish in the $5,000-to-win A-Main, Pierce scored a 3rd place spot behind Donald McIntosh and Dane Dacus with Brad Skinner and Eric Hickerson rounding out the Top-5. The following night in a field of 21 cars at Tazewell Speedway (Tazewell, Tennessee) for the Buddy Rogers Memorial, McCarter was a scratch from the 44-lap feature.
