February 24, 2018 - Pierce McCarter Lands Top 10 Finish in 2018 Debut On Saturday night Pierce McCarter kicked off the 2018 season at Volunteer Speedway (Bulls Gap, Tennessee) competing in a field of 12 Super Late Models for the Schaeffer Oil Iron-Man Series sanctioned weekend. Laying down the eighth fastest time in qualifying, McCarter earned the 8th-starting positon for the feature. With $3,500 on the line, Pierce fell two spots in the 35-lap affair to place 10th.
