April 18th, 2015 - Carolina Clash Returns to Bulls Gap
The Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series returned to Volunteer Speedway (Bulls Gap, Tennessee) on Saturday night for the annual Spring Thaw.

The $6,000-to-win program drew a field of twenty-nine Super Late Models to the 4/10-mile oval, and with the top ten qualifiers locking into the main event Mack McCarter earned eighth position on the starting grid. Unfortunately, mechanical issues just four laps into the 50-lap finale forced Mack to retire to a disappoint 23rd place finish.

April 11th, 2015 - Disappointing End For Mack McCarter in WoO Event at Tazewell
McCarter Brothers Racing made the trip to Tazewell Speedway (Tazewell, Tennessee) on Saturday night for a $10,000-to-win program with the World of Outlaws (WoO) Late Model Series.

Twenty-six entries converged on the lightning fast oval, and after posting the third fastest lap overall in time trials, Mack went on to finish second in his heat race to earn a spot in the evening's redraw. McCarter would roll off fifth on the feature grid and was battling amongst the top five when a flat tire brought his night to an end just six laps into the 50-lap finale. He was credited with a 23rd place finish in the final rundown.
